1. Ore Grinding Mill 2*1300 Kw GM Series High Pressure Roller Mill Introduction:
GM series high pressure roller mill is a new product developed by our company on the basis of German KHD technology. The equipment is composed of two opposite and synchronous rotation of extrusion roller, a fixed roller, a small amount of moving roller. The material is fed from the top of the two rollers, and is continuously brought into the roller room by the extrusion roller. Under the action of high pressure, the material room is crushed and discharged into a dense cake.
2. Product advantages of Luo Mine high pressure roller mill:
2.1 The production capacity is up to 1000 tons/hour, which can improve the production of the whole system by 30% ~ 40%.
2.2 Compared with cone crusher, bar mill and ball mill, the energy consumption can be reduced by about 20 ~ 50%.
2.3 Grinding power consumption of grinding materials after crushing is reduced to 15 kW/ton.
2.4 The crushing and grinding effect is good, and the content of fine powder below 1 mm is increased by 40% ~ 50%.
